Which countries do we ship to?
We ship worldwide.
How much will the shipping cost?
Our shipping costs depend on what we are shipping and where we are shipping to. The shipping costs will be shown on your product order form prior to acceptance, payment and checkout.
How long will it take for my order to be received?
Within Australia delivery will take between 5-7 working days depending on the location of your shipping address however in most situations you will receive your order within 3-4 working days.
For orders to be delivered outside Australia - our delivery time is 7 working days.
These times may alter if we have heavy demand for a product which you have ordered or if an event occurs which is beyond our control like a natural disaster.

Within Australia it is Australia Express Post and internationally TNT Couriers.
Returns and Refunds
Do you accept returns?
If a product is not acceptable under Australian consumer protection legislation (for example it is faulty) then we will organise its return and if it is unacceptable (for example it is faulty) we will replace it or refund the cost of the product and its shipping costs to you.
If you consider a product is not acceptable then you must promptly (we ask that if possible you do this within 30 days of your receipt of the product) contact us.

Do you give refunds?
We are able to refund the price you paid and the related shipping costs if the product is unacceptable ( e.g. faulty) or (if we have stock available) to replace it. We will send you a reply paid envelope / parcel and you must send the item back to us in this envelope.
